Lucine Lu | Assoc. AIA, LEED AP
Lucine is an Intermediate Architectural Designer working on commercial complexes and master
planning projects at James KM Cheng Architects in Vancouver, Canada.
She received the AIA Medal for Academic Excellence in 2024 and the John K. Branner Traveling
Fellowship in 2023. Since 2022, she has served on the Interior Design Undergraduate Panels at the
British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2023, she taught an undergraduate architecture studio at
UC Berkeley and, in 2022 and 2023, served as a student instructor for the Representational Practice in
Architectural Design graduate course. In 2024, she also served as a teaching assistant for the Master of
Real Estate Core Studio at UC Berkeley.
